Many reasons motorists need to slow down

Construction, back to school, people walking dogs, riding bikes all factors

Can we get a reminder to all people travelling on Chemainus Road from Mount Sicker Road to slow down due to construction.

Slow down on residential side streets! There is no need to do more than 25-30 kilometres per hour. I just watched four vehicles rip past my house doing at least 60.

Kids are going back to school, people are walking their dogs, riding bikes. There’s a trail crossing that’s already hard to see because of parked cars and the sun is in your face heading towards Somenos.

Plan your time better. Get up earlier, leave sooner. Stop putting other people at risk because of your poor time management.
