Vaughn was born on September 19, 1950, in Gray, SK, and passed away on April 25, 2023, in Nanaimo, B.C., at the age of 72 surrounded by loved ones.
First and foremost, he was predeceased by Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II. He was also predeceased by his parents, John, and Elsie Ford.
He was survived by his sister, Sheryl and husband Del Morgan (Todd and Tammy) of Balgonie, son, Jordy Hagen (Hannah, Liam, Whitfield, and Rhett) of San Antonio, daughter Becki and husband Al Petit (Rory and Emily) of Sherwood Park, and daughter Lara and husband Kenelm Grismer (Zoey and Kya) of Saskatoon, as well as a large circle of friends he considered family.
Vaughn lived life to the fullest making the most of every situation. He loved family and friends, antiquing, art, travel, and entertaining. He made everyone that came into his life feel special and loved and he will be dearly missed.
