Despite the best efforts of Chemainus 55+ Activity Centre members, the Young Entertainers and Artists Show scheduled for Nov. 4 at the centre has been cancelled.
A late plea went out for entrants, but fell on deaf ears.
“Not had one call,” noted Lesley Lambert, who organized the successful shows the previous two years.
She vows to try again next year.
