Tickets to a Blue Jays’ game in Seattle a raffle enticement

It’ll soon be time to play ball again in Chemainus.

The Chemainus & District Baseball Association has opened up registration and more details can be obtained by going to Chemainusbaseball.ca.

“Numbers are up and are looking good,” noted CDBA president JonAaron HopWo, who’s coaching the U18 AAA Cowichan Valley Mustangs this season as well as the Stuart Channel Blue Heron men’s team in the East Vancouver Island Baseball League.

The CDBA has a great raffle going on, with an amazing prize. Tickets are $20 for a chance to win a two-night accommodation in Seattle with four tickets on the third base line to see a Major League Baseball game between the Toronto Blue Jays and the Seattle Mariners plus a $250 pre-paid Visa and $300 ferry voucher.
