In reading letters, there is water use mentioned.
This brought me to wonder if it is such a future problem, why are acres of developments taking place with such ferocious speed, yet the weir seems to be held in limbo plus there is no mention of an increase in the sewage treatment capacity of our valley.
Just curious.
