Who is the brain surgeon at the municipality in charge of snow plowing operations?
They are costing the taxpayers a fortune, plowing roads with no snow on them, not salting when they should.
The taxpayers need to start paying a lot more attention, with the tax that’s charged and every year it goes up. This is ridiculous and insane.
