Thank you for publishing the letter from Jonathan Eldred in the Nov. 14 issue of the Gazette. Having worked in construction and seen how workers are rushed on the job regardless of their safety, I could not agree more. He reminds everyone better than I could say that we are there to do our jobs safely, not to die.
