Letter: Shouldn't have to pay for service we're not getting

For six months they are told they will all pay for a service they will not have until June

The CVRD wishes to charge the residents of Cobble Hill, Mill Bay and Shawnigan Lake for garbage and compost pick up which they already pay for with P.A.N. Disposal.

For six months they are told they will all pay for a service they will not have until June. The CVRD appears to have a problem with planning their budget. I wonder if the directors who voted for this would care to pay for a service they do not receive?
