Victor Lionel Flamand, born October 31st, 1936 in Regina, Saskatchewan, passed away peacefully on the morning of November 29th in Melfort, Saskatchewan.

Vic is survived by 6 children: Terry (Lavone), Kelly Knippshild, Patti Mellson, Lani Dear (Kelly), Shelley Cayer, and Dennis, as well as 13 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

He also leaves behind siblings Leona Gallant, Len Flamand, Dennis Flamand and Denise Swift.

Vic was predeceased by his parents Donalda and William (Onisme) as well as his sisters Florence, Emma, and brothers Ernest, Jerry and Don.

A man who loved life and lived it to the fullest, Vic was known to be a shrewd businessman and a legendary crib player. Along with his brothers, he started Mr. 1 Hour Drycleaners in several locations, two of which are well-known family establishments still around today. He spent most of his time between Saskatchewan and British Columbia, making many friends along the way.

He will be missed by many and forgotten by few.

A service for Vic will take place in the spring to accommodate all who want to celebrate his life.
