A missing Nanaimo woman was found safe and sound today (Sept. 16), according to police.
Yesterday, Nanaimo RCMP sought public assistance finding Tara Dawn Brown, 41, who was last seen Wednesday at about 7 p.m., and had left her home without her cellphone or purse, which contained her identification.
In a press release, Const. Gary O’Brien, Nanaimo RCMP spokesman, said Brown was located, safe and her family had been notified.
