Luca Primerano, dressed for the Coastal Conference all-stars and participated in the Skill's Competition's 'Hardest Shot' event during BCHL All-Star festivities in Salmon Arm this past weekend.
Camden Charron and Hayden Russell both represented the Cowichan Valley Capitals in the Top Prospects game. Russell scored a goal in a 7-4 Coastal Conference loss to the Interior.
Other Cowichan hockey products also represented the region in the prospects game as Cowichan Bay's Eli McKamey (F; Penticton Vees), Crofton's Wyatt Blace (F; Alberni Valley Bulldogs), and Mill Bay's Eric Young (G; Coquitlam Express) were also playing on the Coastal team.
The Capitals next play at the Cowichan Arena on Jan. 24 when the Rivermen come to Duncan. They'll visit the Penticton Vees on Jan. 31 to wrap up the month. Both games start at 7 p.m.
