Magic is coming to Maple Bay.
Victoria's own sleight-of-hand award winning magician Jason Verners will have plenty of tricks up his sleeve to delight the masses at the Maple Bay Rowing Club. The club is presenting Verners on March 29 in two separate magic shows at 4 and 7:30 p.m., as a fundraiser to help raise money for needed clubhouse renovations.
He has captivated audiences around the world and is regularly featured on network television, and quite often booked for select corporate functions and exclusive celebrity events. Verners has a number of awards for his craft under his top hat including a gold medal from Pacific Coast Association of Magicians (PCAM), as well as a bronze medal from The International Youth Magic Championships in Las Vegas.
Attendees of either Saturday show will feel like they won the jackpot on a Vegas slot machine as Verners's talent for wowing crowds is anything but an illusion, as the island illusionist received a standing ovation while recently competing on season nine of Got Talent España.
"I am very excited to be bringing my show to Duncan to help raise funds for the Maple Bay Rowing Club, and to further connect with the surrounding community," said Verners.
Tickets for either show are $38. Get yours at jasonverners.wellattended.com.
