The Duncan chapter of the PROBUS retiree social group celebrated its 25th anniversary on April 15 at the Arbutus Ridge Golf Course.

PROBUS is a worldwide volunteer, non-political, secular social club for men and women who are retired or semi-retired.

PROBUS strives to keep life interesting and fulfilling for its members through monthly meetings and speakers, visits and tours to businesses and organizations, plus many special interest group events, including hiking, walking, book clubs and social nights.

The celebration highlighted the founding members of the local club along with a cake proudly displaying the PROBUS logo from Thrifty Foods.
