Community Volunteer Income Tax Program offered at 55+ Activity Centre

Seniors will receive help to prepare and file returns

A volunteer from the Community Volunteer Income Tax Program will be at the Chemainus 55+ Activity Centre on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings commencing March 2.

Seniors will be provided help to prepare and file tax returns as in previous years.

Appointments must be made in advance by calling Bronwen Cossey at 250-324-3211. No drop-ins will be allowed.

People are asked to use the upper entrance door and not to arrive at the centre until the appointed time. COVID-19 protocols will be in place.

Everyone attending will be required to provide proof of COVID vaccinations as well as identification.

Those who are not vaccinated, unable to come to the centre or have any other questions are asked to contact Cossey to make other arrangements.
