It’s time for a change.

Daylight Saving Time officially begins at 2 a.m. Sunday, March 13. It’s a good idea to move your clocks ahead one hour before going to bed Saturday night so you’re not out of sync the next day.

The result will be slightly darker conditions in the morning for a while and longer daylight hours in the evening.

There’s been considerable debate about not changing the clocks now and moving back an hour in the fall, but no decision has officially been made. For now, the procedure remains.
