SALT SPRING SUE sizzles Sue Newman, with her Salt Spring musicians, lit up the stage at the Osborne Bay Pub in Crofton Sunday with some great music that had the crowd of faithful followers and newcomers to their music thoroughly entertained. Above, Derrick Milton, the trumpeter in the group, turns to vocals for a duet with Newman on Baby It’s Cold Outside. Left, Newman belts out a tune, with her hair tinged in purple from the stage lighting. (Photos by Don Bodger)
