Age Stronger: Instructed by Jill Amy, class will take you slowly and safely back into a gentle fitness routine after being less active during the pandemic, improve your ability to move with easy mobility, balance and strengthening exercises, modifications given for limitations, can be done sitting or standing, everyone welcome, wear comfortable clothing, bring your own Theraband or one can be purchased at class for $2, classes cost $2, 12:45-1:45 p.m., downstairs at the Chemainus 55+ Activity Centre, 9824 Willow St., Chemainus.

Community Volunteer Income Tax Program: A CVITP volunteer will be at the Chemainus 55+ Activity Centre on Willow Street on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings to prepare and file tax returns as in previous years, commencing on March 6, no drop-ins will be allowed, call Bronwen at 250-324-3211 to make an appointment.
