The Chemainus Health Care Auxiliary held its installation for the 2022 executive Dec. 1.

Donna McCasky takes over as president from Diana Lenihan. Other positions include: Nadi Bottomley (public relations); Linda Lendrum (liaison); Dawne Grant (personnel chair); Wendy Shaplow (assistant membership); Betty Guild (treasurer); Marlene Hayes (assistant treasurer); Laura Burgess (vice president); and Olga Spensley (membership). Lois Greenhill (personnel) and Ian Hardy (secretary) were unable to attend.

The regular annual general meeting could not be held due to COVID protocol so the installation was held upstairs at the Thrift Shop.

As a past Vancouver Island B.C. Healthcare Auxiliary area director, Bottomley conducted the installation.

Outgoing President Lenihan thanked the previous executive for all its commitment during the COVID restrictions for the past two years, and welcomed the incoming executive.
