BY THE LIGHT OF THE MOON Spry little elf Madison Wright, 9, hangs out with Santa during the Chemainus Business Improvement Association’s Moonlight Madness event. It’s been another hectic few weeks leading up to Christmas for the CBIA. The Holiday Passport campaign was a huge success again, with shoppers taking advantage of store discounts and the opportunity to be entered into a draw for a $250 gift card. It wrapped up on Monday.
