Pancake Breakfast: $5, 9-10:30 a.m., Chemainus 55+ Activity Centre, 9824 Willow St., Chemainus.

Community Fundraiser: Syrian dinner and dance, live music, auction, raffles, cash bar, authentic Syrian meal, 6-11 p.m., tickets $50, available at 49th Parallel Grocery, Chemainus Health Food Store or eventbrite.ca.
